We don’t either. Hardly anyone does. But everyone believes their own opinion. That’s why an advertisement must be able to generate the right thoughts in the minds of its target audience.

It has to make people think, “this is a great product and I want it”. Only then can a campaign be successful. If this doesn’t happen, an advert is nothing more than meaningless entertainment or a tedious filler instead of what it should be: a well-packaged message.
