Our goal is to make the application process as streamlined as possible while still providing you with all the relevant information about KNSK and your future position. Usually, we first get to know each other digitally. If we have made a positive impression on each other, we will then invite you to our agency for a personal meeting. There you will get to know not only the agency building but also your future team.

Yes, with a 5-day week, you can work from the mobile office for up to 3 days.
To maintain personal contact, we meet twice a week at the office. We adhere to the 40/60 rule.
This means, for example, that you can start the week with a joint breakfast on Mondays or kick off the weekend with a joint lunch on Fridays.
