Global warming affects us all. This isn’t about enjoying a few more sunny days. It’s about a life-threatening shift in the planet’s climate. We humans are directly impacted. Back in 2015, 197 countries signed the Paris Agreement, committing to limit global warming to well below 2°C. But the IPCC warns: We could reach that 1.5°C threshold as early as 2030.
We’re at a turning point. On the edge of “no way back.” At the World Environment Day, the public metro of Hamburg hvv launched the PR stunt by flipping the iconic U-symbol upside down.
We turned four of the most visited stations in the city center. Jungfernstieg, Rathausmarkt, St. Pauli & Landungsbrücken, into bold statement for the change of direction we urgently need.
We got the well known local channel "@MitVergnügen on board to get the local community to spread the message.
Additional Assets helped us to strenghten the statement accross Social Media.
